Meet Kaitlan:
“After college, it felt like my IDENTITY was changing every few months. I went from a student, to an employee, to a wife, to a homeowner, to a mother ALL within 5 years! What I didn’t realize was missing was a simple piece of knowledge: my IDENTITY was NONE of these things, but rather it is in God. I didn’t have some monumental moment where I found Him, but rather God met me EXACTLY where I was & He slowly opened my eyes. He met me in a small suburb of Chicago where I didn’t even know I was lost. And through this, God put “Ready Now” on my heart because too many women are feeling lost in this world searching for their IDENTITY in Christ!”

Meet Emily:
“I find it funny how God chose the name of our Ministry to be “Ready Now.” As someone who struggles to be READY or on time for ANYTHING (iykyk), I never thought I would be in a position to “Ready” myself & others for the Kingdom of God. But God uses your weakness to glorify Him. I love how 1 Cor 12:22 talks about how the weakest part of the body of Christ (or the church) is of more value. It is our WEAK spot where God shines forth the most. When we are DEFICIENT in a specific area, it should draw us closer to God to become SUFFICIENT. God always chooses the unlikely, the unloved, & the weakest to do some of His greatest works. The end result points to God rather than self, because we are NOTHING apart from Him. I may not get it right every time. I may not be perfect throughout this process but “as long as you see Jesus in me, I’m living the way I’m supposed to be.”
